@jlhertel@fosstodon.org Hmm... probably a difference in employers / cultures 🤔 My current employer strongly values employees as humans and experts.. and local managers tend to be very laissez-faire about work - as long as people are happy and work is being done according to standards, they don't enforce usage of specific tools. There are rumblings of ""AI-First"", but much more distant than in your case.. 🤔
