Every single time over the last 30 years that someone posted, wrote in an op ed, or otherwise told us all to vote blue: Because of SCOTUSTo protect our welfare institutions To protect our anti corruption institutions To protect our civil rights To protect our struggling democracy They were 100% right and everyone who mocked them for it was 100% wrong. THIS is the overwhelming lesson of last 100 years but it takes at least an ounce of wisdom to notice that.
