Today's tech screw up: I botched an upgrade on Zentyal, our Active Directory alternative. So, being a good sysadmin, I triggered a restore from our Veeam platform, which dutifully shut down the broken VM and began the restore operations. Using a service account that's stored in active directory. The restore failed, and now I'm reconfiguring my backup software to use locally stored service credentials.
