There can be two perspectives here:
- social:
Google owns Android platform, while user owns PricySafe platform. So, good luck changing Android.
- technical:
This Java mixture in Android gives a stylistic in which not everything related to info security is declaratively expressed in manifest. Not to the latest nuance. And this may prevent having a tool that will describe completely info flows, on which one may rely for info-sec auditing.
