We're all believers in free speech, but that doesn't give anyone the right to be a dick. On Mastodon, the fediverse gives us more control to help minimise the effects of people who use free speech to harm and abuse others. If your server admin won't help you, Mastodon gives you tools to move to a server that will. #noxp #SocialForThePeople

@jonn_blanchard@retrochat.online the fediverse is the perfect solution for free speech. You can always find a server that will tolerate the most vile and hateful things, but no one else has to see it. Freedom of speech, while hugely important, is not an entitlement to an audience.
