As a teenager I downloaded a RuneScape private server client that had the main theme from OG Doom that played on launch. I had never heard that before and for years I thought they just made that song for the private server lol. A different client had the song Day N Nite by Kid Cudi, and basically my adult music tastes were shaped by the songs some internet randoms pre-baked into their runescape knock-offs
