For a letter grade, I would say my workplace has an okay Slack culture: B- I wish I could get paid to take care of it and improve it. That, seriously, might be my dream job. Ideas to try: 1. Use Beyond Compare to look at pairs of channels and who belongs to them 2. Find a few healthy users* and do a screenshare interview, edit it down brutally to 40 seconds each and show three of them at the next all hands meeting. #todo #slack #workplace #communication
