There is a British border, but since 1998 GFA peace deal, there are contortions to make it invisible. This was easy enough when the UK was in the EU. NI & Scotland voted to remain. DUP in NI took Russian money to advertise for Leave. Ireland has only been partitioned since 1922. It's now really complicated. Stupid. Brexit was to continue money laundering, not sovereignty.
