My experience is more about sticking my whole arm into the hornets nest in terms of group politics, things you "can't say" cus of vested interests, male fragility and stuff like that. I found out that I have to frame my thoughts with some social engineering blah, if I want to have a better chance at being heard and maybe bring myself into a better position for when the backlash arrives. lies are so prevalent in any social system, no matter where. I've learned to live with that reality. That's not the same as not wantng to hurt peoples feelings. Which I genuinely don't want.
