WTAF is this blithering buzzword screed mean? The future of work is shifting from tools to systems? My friend, SYSTEMS ARE TOOLS. And the tools you are glorifying are the tools of the capital holding class that will enrich themselves to avoid accountability to us, the working class. Go read some books and listen to Paris Marx, Timnit Gebru or Ed Zitron. Their criticism of AI comes from 3 different angles and all 3 angles make sense.
