@cavyherd@wandering.shop So, I'm pretty sure those are AI generated. Klingon is bad enough with the previous attempts at automatic translation, but I am absolutely certain I would not trust the slop engines to get it even remotely close to correct. I know there's been a big todo about people getting upset that YouTube is creating those alternative tracks without permission of the video creators and automagically switching which track the video uses based on the users language settings on YouTube, even if they don't want it to. @CliftonR@wandering.shop

    @deathkitten@firetribe.org @CliftonR@wandering.shop Are you saying the whole video (video & audio) is "AI" generated? In this case I don't think so? Assuming it's legit, I obviously didn't express myself clearly. This YTer is using the Klingon track to add •his own• •additional• content (also in English, not Klingon) to the main track, thus effectively doubling the length of the video. Which I think is a very clever hack. If you do feel the whole video is "AI", that's a different discussion entirely.
