Very possible, if as @deathkitten@firetribe.org said it was only added relatively recently.
I may just happen to have tried it on a server that updated to the latest.

Was just chatting with somebody the other day who couldn't see a quoted post on in their TL, & was puzzled when I suggested the "Open original page" option—which they hadn't noticed in the ... dropdown. I'm •constantly• discovering stuff that's been there for years that I just never •saw• bc I had no use for it, or the option didn't even occur to me....
