The Build Awesome Kickstarter is back up, already hit its goal in less than a day. I backed it, because I do want to see Leatherman and OSS projects as a whole succeed monetarily and be sustainable. I hope there is an audience for Build Awesome Pro despite my doubts. That said, seeing one of the main features of Build Awesome be that "Cursor can refactor it, Claude can rewrite it, and your own scripts can manipulate it (safely)." and that "Build Awesome was designed for a world where your agentic assistant is a full contributor" is certainly frustrating and disappointing. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/fontawesome/build-awesome-pro #11ty #buildawesome #eleventy
