@helenclayton@mas.to I'm no expert. This one was so big that it would attack me going out of the door so I took of side branches to around head height, removed one of the (multiple) stems at ground level, and then it's remove dead, diseased or crossing branches, remove the suckers where they emerge at the base of the fig, trim back shoots by about 1/3, and if you need to, thin out the "frame" branches to half a dozen branches to let in the light. At least that's what I understand. @afewbugs@social.coop
