@itgrrl@infosec.exchange Aussie Broadband. Slightly more pricey than others but rock solid performance and availability. Support teams are also excellent, well trained and helpful. They also seem to be trained to recognise when the caller is tech literate. They also have an unofficial Discord which you can talk directly to their network team via. Has helped me isolate and resolve a couple of funky corner cases.

@itgrrl@infosec.exchange Can also recommend ABB. I've been with them for two years on an NBN Fixed Wireless 250/20 plan. Tech support is excellent.

@itgrrl@infosec.exchange another big 👍 for Aussie Broadband here - their customer service is the best I've experienced bar none. I wish they were cheaper (I'd happily pay 2/3rds as much for a connection half as fast with the same service) but the only way to save really significant money compared to ABB is to hop ISPs every 6 months to take advantage of limited offers, and then you generally have to worry about CGNAT nonsense with the bargain basement providers, which just isn't worth the hassle IMHO.

@itgrrl@infosec.exchange Can recommend Launtel. Flexible speed adjustments, several options for connections depending on your local infrastructure. I didn't last long with Aussie Broadband because when there was a problem with NBN they had no idea how to fix it. Launtel are geeky but good.

@itgrrl@infosec.exchange I have experience with Aussie Broadband (home and work) and Superloop (work) Both are not amazing at doing small business sales (easy if self service but very slow if not), but both are decent tech support wise.
