I just moved my home network to a /21 subnet - giving me 8x IPv4 addresses. I have 10.0.0.x saved for network/server hardware, 10.0.1.x and 10.0.2.x for VM servers (hosted by VM1 and VM2), and now I don't need stupid manual routes and local DNS should work everywhere. :)
IPv6 remains more addresses than I could ever imagine a use for, so it's good. It should also work better, because there's fewer virtual networks and crap in the way. :)
