@Moltz@mastodon.social In 2009 my 2008 cheese grater Mac Pro developed a weird hardware problem that I was able to document definitively. Less than a week after I sent the info to Apple they wrote to say they wanted to analyze it directly, set up to have a courier pick it up from my home in Cologne, Germany, and replaced it with a better configured version of the computer than my original. Something has changed.
