What happened in short until today
Nomen Nescio folx & me expected to discover another #SIGINT station on the Russian embassy to Austria. We were joined by my colleague Hubert from ORF Vienna.
Surprise: we found a sat relay station there. Here is a thread on this

@harkank@chaos.social I had to think of your research about the satellite relays when I read an article (in the NYT) about Russia luring African men to Russia under false pretenses and then sending them to fight in Ukraine.
