Crap law BUT many many items of photo ID will do. You don't have to get the Voter Authority Certificate (??!!) if you have passport driving licence or a whole range of existing stuff listed here

@stephenwhq@mastodon.social that's right. But a lot of people won't have those things. Such people are disproportionately not tory voters.
