@Henrysbridge@toot.wales @AngharadHafod@toot.wales another potential knock on effect is that as many young people use a driving licence (provisional or full) as an ID document, obtaining one may further encourage car culture/dependency, and young people to vote against councillors who introduce further speed limits/low traffic neighbourhoods..
