@bodhipaksa@mastodon.scot just as an additional note, the uniquely brilliantly talented UK girl whose videos I post here and also at a You Tube page I created for her, as well as my spectacular roommate who teaches yoga and exercise from her home, are both huge fans and practitioners of meditation as you are. In fact, my roommate gets up every morning at 5 am to study it.
