@BestPreston@aus.social I wonder if there are any times when a man in power has referred to another man as "difficult". It seems to me to be a misogynist dogwhistle.

@kauer@aus.social @BestPreston@aus.social it's only used on women because we're supposed to be complacent. You don't refer to equals as being difficult, only those you see as tools and/or property.
