Is it just me? The cold-calling salesman that came to my door seemed genuinely nonplussed by my assertion that I intend to fulfil the commitment to a contract I signed up to, for a service that I'm perfectly happy with*. Even in spite of his airy claim of a cheaper, faster service *I will bargain hard come renewal time, but until then I'll stick with what I have
