@Space6host@fedia.social they are, yeah. Putting it under ICC or Scottish jurisdiction seems like an open question. Belgium has a similar ecocide law already. Corporations have weasel-y lawyers so who knows what would actually happen. It might deter them through legal fees alone, though.
