@chromeratt@noauthority.social @Zonz@noauthority.social at usa rodeos something like that is usually spur of the moment. unless the woman are local notables. then it was arranaged ahead of time ( ie the fire depts in the county were asked ahead of time at our local rodeo to put a tram of firemen together to compete against each other in firefighting related events during performance of local rodeo.
