@vaurora@mstdn.social Sounds ike how Thoughtworks used to be, And their origin story is Roy Singham, a union organiser, wanted to make a company and figured there were a bunch of smart people in Software. They spent 25 years embracing Agile and Open Source before being bought by a private equity firm in 2017 ( https://martinfowler.com/articles/201708-tw-sale.html ). When I was there they did a kind of project rescue model where they'd put in talented people at all levels in all depts to help "steer the ship".
