@ldottxt@kind.social my generous interpretation is "you can negotiate your hours, and your pay rate is negotiable between $55-65K if you work full-time 35h/wk but prorated according to actual hours worked".
So if you negotiate a $65K salary and 20h/wk, your pay would be 65K*20/35.
I had (have?) a similar arrangement with my employer where I worked less than full-time (37.5h/wk) and every couple of years I might adjust my hours/wk and my pay would adjust accordingly. (I am very lucky)
