@recursive@hachyderm.io the more I learn about computers the more I realize they're actually very simple circuits that have been condensed and multiplied with each generation to perform more functions, but because there's billions of transistors in a smartphone it seems like magic, I remember wondering how people figured out how to make machines this complex

@alicela1n@social.treehouse.systems It's interesting how we basically didn't get to designing the fully integrated CPUs of the mid to late-1970s without using existing computers
