I've kinda left Google and GitHub, and I'm pretty aware of the aspects that are easy and the aspects that are hard.

@astraluma@tacobelllabs.net I have a feeling that would be of interest to a bunch of folks. I've largely succeeded in doing the same, but for myself only -- I didn't have to migrate any large multi-contributor projects away from github, for example.
