I'm not bipolar. My issue is stress and anxiety. There where stretches of time, years, that I ran only games with minimum to no prep, as prep would just weigh on me the entire week up to the game.
This is of course very personal. Prep stresses me. Improv much less.
To this end I've ran a lot of GMless/full games (can try to list some if you're interested), and a few Powered by the Apocalypse and Forged in the Dark games.

@eladhen@dice.camp Makes sense; if prep is what's getting in the way, find a means of cutting it out! I recently started reading a book called "Never Unprepared: Game Master's Guide to Session Prep." No idea if it might be helpful for you (I also haven't finished it yet), but on the off chance it might, I thought I'd pass it along! I'm looking to run some stuff in Fate, which means improv is a real feature, but one is a West Marches style game, and that definitely requires some prep imo lol
