@jonhendry@iosdev.space I worked in a hospitals radiology IT department from 2005 until 2012. Lots Planar and Barco monitors. Most were made by fusing together different types of high resolution LCDs removing specific filters and putting their back lights on steroids. Many required specific graphics cards and proprietary drivers. Needless to say, I wouldn't wish them upon anyone, and the $10,000 price tag for most of those monitors was purely for the "medical certifications."

@jonhendry@iosdev.space still an interesting project if you could find one headed toward recycling. We used to send our Planars back for reconditioning.
