You're commanding everyone who shares this post to also donate to a fund, but the people sharing the post are very likely to be the ones who need the help of those funds anyway. It's a post about trans people being welcome. Trans people will share it. Trans people are the ones who need the help. So you're telling them to donate to organizations that would in turn give the money back to them.
