Microsoft's US high-security government cloud (GCC High) is "a pile of shit" according to US government reviewers: https://www.propublica.org/article/microsoft-cloud-fedramp-cybersecurity-government If it's not even good enough for the US government, it shouldn't be good enough for European governments either.
