I made a joke during this podcast recording that John complimented repeatedly. It was cut from the final edit (because the tangent that led there was cut).
Sometime soon I will reveal the joke.

John asked Lauren if she ever watched TV while on the treadmill. Lauren said she had binged all of Friends on the treadmill, and took pride on that. John said, "So no one told you life was gonna be this way?" And I said: "Could you BE taking more steps?" John said "Well, that was a better joke than mine." Then he referenced it several more times in mock annoyance that I'd outjoked his joke. 😂
