Tonight I sat down and did Zelda: Link's Awakening, as well. I broke a leg on the last spare FRAM I had, so no Tamagotchi, and Final Fantasy Legend seems to have the SRAM built into the mapper. I bought a new battery for Pokemon Blue, since I hear the FRAM makes it incompatible with Pokemon Stadium. I also broke out the continuity tester and fixed Harvest Moon 2 GBC, so now everything's working! 😌

Battery sockets arrived today so i buttoned up Pokemon and Final Fantasy Legend. While I'm in a posting mood, here's some photos of the finished results. Nothing to write home about and a couple "how did you even mess it up that bad?!"s but I overloaded Zelda and added more components than I needed to start... just needed the resistor, and the diodes/whatnot that Mario 2 needed just broke it. 😩 EDIT: To be clear, the FRAMs are leftover 18W08s from modding my Saturn. 😌
