My company has a proprietary LLM chatbot, and is not only allowing, but encouraging people to use it to generate their year-end self-assessments. Invariably, these things will be ingested by the same LLM to create performance reports. Apparently nobody at the corporate level has cottoned on to how stupid this is. #WhyAI
