Had my painting course today. It was really fun. We worked with water colors in the first lesson and I have to say water colors are kind of a bitch to use, especially when you want a specific color somewhere and you don't know how much water you need to apply.
Honestly I was afraid beforehand that I would not get anything done, but I think I got pretty respectable result out of it I think. Shows me that I should not underestimate myself so much. The painting was unfortunately still a bit wet, so I got no picture of it, but hopefully next week I can take it home with me and show it off a bit.

Okay, another lesson from my painting course done and I can finally show off the results of both this week and the last. The one on the left with the forest and the lake is from last week. I think both are not too bad, but I think I prefer the painting on the left. I could at least learn something about watercolors and that's something. #art #painting #watercolor #artlearning
