@alifeee@mastodon.social sure! this first bit is in my website build script. it reads markdown files from a `journal` folder and encrypts their text (but not formatting) with a password from a `.secret` file, both excluded from git. the result is saved to my `source` folder and then compiled as if it's a normal page on my site. https://github.com/ivanreese/ivanish/blob/274b38155a9eb6ed42b610121fd4324e0783556d/Cakefile#L436 and then here's the client, which does the decryption https://github.com/ivanreese/ivanish/blob/main/source/script/journal.coffee i tried to add lots of comments for future me, but if anything is confusing let me know!
