@tempusfelix@wehavecookies.social With the weight I have and workouts I do around it, I use it for my carries, basically. 40m lovers carry, 40m left shoulder, 40m right shoulder, and I go until it just sucks (usually about 2-3 sets of those back to back). I gotta get a bigger bag and start lapping the bad boy.
