@whitequark@social.treehouse.systems yeah, it works well locally, and I've streamed with it a couple times; just hasn't been my primary device since it needs the TAS file to be streamed in over USB, and I trust the embedded hardware a lot more than I trust the host machine

@whitequark@social.treehouse.systems my primary setup reads off a microSD card, so if the host machine dies, it can just keep running hostless until it reboots that said, I wanna have as much off-the-shelf hardware supported for TAS replay as possible; other people regularly use my replay software
