@fruitless_tux@mastodon.social @jtb@toot.wales I take it you have never (successfully) studied security, cryptography or usability. I also hope you don't do any kind of engineering, because "the main problem is the person using the device" is an extremely dangerous belief.

@ahltorp@mastodon.nu @jtb@toot.wales Wow. That's exactly when this sentence matters. Sure, you can improve the platform accordingly, but the main problem remains the user. They need to be trained and kept informed on a regular basis. You're only allowed to drive a car if you've learned how to do it. If you drive into a wall, you can only blame the car if there's a mechanical fault.
