As a sports girlie, a sports girlie reared in southern sports, I agree with Ryan Clark 100%. The plantation-style system needs a massive shock. It needs to change. True story, as an undergrad at UCLA, the Black players called the football field the plantation and the dorm they lived in the projects & that was sunny, lefty LA. The entire system is broken. Just my lil opinion. #BlackVoices
