actually that makes way too much sense why don't they just put solar panels inside the roof of EVs. even just for backup so you can park for a little while when your battery dies and be able to limp it home instead of needing a tow. or just a little bit of extra passive energy recovery. it's literally free real estate for solar panels on top of there
