It's more accurate to say that Trump didn't cut it along with other things. It's not like this was a Trump project though
SLS was mandated by Congress in 2011 to replace the Shuttle and lunar exploration was always part of the design parameters for the spacecraft.

@SuperMoosie@mastodon.au Like yes the "Artemis" program was authorized by Trump but like most things he tries to take credit for, it was something already in the works @az@scorpinc.social
