@TonyaMarie@chaosfem.tw THANK YOU! That's holdover from the old Twitter days when character limits were short. It allowed people to share a complete thought in an environment not designed for it. Why people still do it today when most platforms have had generous post lengths for a decade, I have no earthly idea.
