@deedo@mastodon.nl I think that to try to distill the tens of thousands of words I've read or heard on this topic into individual references would be a nightmare, and if I do a partial job of it it's worse than doing none at all. I'm not sure I can do it in a practical timescale.
Also, snarkily, boosters never seem to feel the need to cite sources, and I'm reluctant to do the "order of magnitude more work" (per Brandolini's Law) that they consider unnecessary.

@parsingphase@m.phase.org I understand, valid points. I'm not in the position of course to ask anything or to create work for you. What I do find helpful myself is a pure, unstructured list of articles & papers which I can find whenever I need to support my claim that 'AI deskills'. This minimal effort pays back whenever you can actually influence a decision, by not having just a claim, but external findings. Gosh if people would just listen to me err us!
