And finally, "EL-40" I presume means "please to transmit EL-40 format telemetry". LOW SUBC, uh, might be "low subcarrier", telling Voyager which frequency use for EL-40 data?

And then 45 hours of waiting to see what happens. Well, not quite, on Friday another pair of commands get sent, `CCSA FULMRO` and `CCSB FULMRO`. Those seem unrelated, and given that the response that comes back is quite large (takes over 1h to receive), I think that's a request for each CCS (remember they're paired) to send back a memory dump ("full memory read-out"). I don't think that's related to the patching, but maybe the CCS memory has some state about how the patching went?
