I had a bot yesterday going 'if this answered your question, you can just hang up', which I thought implied I'd get an actual human on the line afterwards if I stuck around, but no! The bot just hung up on me. So I had to call back and choose a random different option in the menu. At least that did give me a human and the problem was resolved...
