PLOT TWIST I managed to get hold of Posti via Instagram (why?????) who reiterated that they have folks on the customer service line Mon-Fri but they ghosted me after I told them the package info... I decided to try again today with their chat bot thing (which presented me with an option I didn't get on Monday), but also noticed that the CS line is now only Tue-Thu. Is that why nobody picked up the phone on Monday?? Transitioning to spring/summer hours????
