"Onyema's Head" by Kasimma
This one is not as easy to understand. The story is more metaphorical, it doesn't read like a western short story. More than solarpunk, this one feels like afrofuturist fiction from Africa (in contrast to African-American/diaspora), which makes sense, since Kasimma is from Igboland in Nigeria (a.k.a. "Biafra", during the failed war of independence in the late 60ies), and currently resides in Nigeria.

Concerning "Tillandsia" and "Life in the City", these are ambitious texts in their respective ways. "Tillandsia" definitely has an appeal as anarcho-communist revolutionary fiction, although I feel like its strengths are mainly in its creative content. Personally, I missed a more engaging style of writing, but others may disagree with me here. It definitely has action going for it. "Life in the City" on the other hand is a more experimental story, and I'll kinda leave it at that. 4/
